1. Do you travel for portrait sessions & weddings?
Absolutely! We will travel as far as we need to in order to capture your timeless memories!
2. Do you help with planning our session?
Our team helps with finding locations and bringing your vision to life to the best of our abilities. As a client we ask that you provide the vision in enough detail and time so we can find the best options for you.
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
All packages come with a digital gallery. Prints can be purchased. Wedding packages come with a custom wedding album free of charge.

Yes! Here at BJxn Media Group we are equipped to provide you with both an excellent photography and videography experience!
6. Can I request specific poses or shots?
Yes! If you have specific poses, shots, or vision for your experience please notify our team so that we can meet your expectations!
7. Can we meet before the session?
Absolutely! We can meet in person, via zoom, or have a conversation over the phone. Whatever works best for you to feel confident and comfortable about your experience.
8. How long till I receive the final photos?
Here at BJxn Media Group our turnaround time varies on the project. Typically for your portrait experience it takes about 7-10 business days after edits are selected for you to receive your final images. For your wedding experience the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. Please contact our team for videography (time varies based on individual project).
